A photoreactor is a chemical reactor that uses light as an energy source to trigger a specific chemical reaction, typically employing ultraviolet (UV) light due to its high energy content. The design of a photoreactor must account for both the inherent requirements of any chemical reactor and the additional factors related to the use and handling of UV radiation sources.

The MPDS (Modular Photochemical Development System) units define a new and advanced standard for lab photochemical experimentation based on two factors:

Furthermore, this same modular product design allows for the future expansion of an MPDSBASIC system to be converted into an MPDSEVO advanced photochemical experimentation system, with the resulting cost savings that this entails.

USER PROTECTION

USER PROTECTION These products (with CE cert.) are designed to offer the highest guarantees regarding occupational safety and user protection. The enclosure in which the various components are integrated not only provides protection against UV radiation exposure but is also equipped with a gas extraction system, and its construction makes it resistant to corrosive atmospheres.
