The UVElios 500 system is an innovative solution for efficient and straightforward air disinfection in areas sensitive to microbiological contamination. The system can be fully installed within minutes.

At the core of the system is a newly developed high-output UV lamp specifically engineered for maximum emission efficiency. This design allows the use of a single lamp where other manufacturers require four or more, significantly reducing system complexity and replacement costs. A single unit is capable of treating rooms with a volume of up to 500 m³.

The system is completely shielded against external UV radiation emission, ensuring 100% safe operation in the presence of personnel. It can be installed on ceilings or walls at any height.

The UVElios 500 operates efficiently across a wide temperature range without compromising disinfection performance and can be used in cold rooms (down to 7°C) without any issues. The system incorporates a compact controller that simplifies lamp replacement. The integrated LampCONTROL LT displays operating hours, lamp status, and failure notifications. As the lamp approaches the end of its service life, the system activates an alarm to provide timely warning.

The system’s electronics and fan are UV-protected to prevent material degradation. In addition, the unit is suspended from the ceiling using stainless steel cables, ensuring maximum operational safety.
