UV curing systems for conveyor belts.The standard SwiftCure CC series is a conveyor-based UV curing system equipped with a transport belt that enables the practical and rapid curing of paints, lacquers, varnishes, resins, and adhesives in a continuous process. It is an ideal system for treating materials that can withstand moderate temperatures.
The conveyor belt is made of a special UV-resistant silicone textile (metal belt options are available). The linear belt speed can be adjusted between 0–1 m/min, though other speeds are available upon request. The standard useful width of the belt is 450 mm but can be customized to the product if necessary.
It is worth noting that the tunnel’s inlet and outlet openings, as well as the distance to the lamp, can be adjusted to the physical dimensions of the product.
The conveyor belt starts moving automatically after the lamps are ignited and warmed up. In the event of a lamp failure, the system triggers an alarm and stops the process to prevent production defects.
