Portable units and UV flashlights are essential when the light source must be manually moved between locations, whether within the same facility or to different sites. In these cases, the primary sought-after features are ease of handling and lightweight design.

UV flashlights and the SwiftCure HL series portable systems are low-cost, high-efficiency handheld units (Handheld UVS) ideal for luminescence inspection. Specifically, the SwiftCure HL models are also perfect for manual curing of adhesives, paints, and primers. While the flashlights are built for maximum portability, the SwiftCure HL systems are designed to provide high-intensity lighting, minimizing weight by housing the power supply (PSU) in a separate enclosure.

These units also offer the possibility of combining different UV lamps and filters to achieve the desired emission spectrum. This allows for quick and easy optimization of the system for each specific application. An optional mobile mounting system for the reflector and power supply is also available. The system provides complete freedom of angular movement and features an extensible arm. It also includes a small storage box for workpieces.
