This powerful germicidal ultraviolet (UV) lamp module is specifically engineered to deliver superior disinfection levels on high-speed conveyor belts. It is the ideal solution for demanding environments, such as infant formula (milk powder) packaging, where safety is paramount.

The system offers a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) thanks to its single, IP67-rated UV lamp cartridge and an extended lamp lifespan of 12,000 hours, significantly reducing operational and maintenance costs.

While these UV cassettes generate approximately three times the irradiance of conventional BlueLight NG modules, they maintain a low operating temperature. This allows for the effective cold sterilization of heat-sensitive materials, including plastic cups and sealing films. Due to their optimized geometry and high output, these Premium UV modules are the preferred choice for packaging machines and conveyor lines where standard modules cannot meet the speed requirements.
