High-performance UVC Module eosUV OF 5020 2.0 for Industrial Surface Disinfection
The eosUV OF 5020 2.0 system is a high-performance UVC surface disinfection module featuring convection cooling and an extremely high UVC irradiance of 100 mW/cm² at a distance of 20 mm. The system is powered and managed via an external control cabinet, a key feature that distinguishes it from its counterpart, the EOSUV 5020 system. A single control unit can operate up to 4 eosUV modules simultaneously. The module is engineered with an integrated light trap to prevent ultraviolet leakage through the upper section and holds an IP20 ingress protection rating; therefore, it is not suitable for use in humid environments or areas prone to water splashing.
The module incorporates high-output UVC lamps specifically developed and thermally optimized for this module’s operational parameters. These lamps are equipped with internal reflectors and LampSafe shatterproof protection. Lamp performance and operational status are continuously monitored and evaluated by the integrated control system.
